🔁 Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be lost or failed to be out of delivery for more than 10 days

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement or Issue a full refund

Items that arrive defective due to manufacturing issues (DOA – Dead on Arrival) are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

💸 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund process.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
